Scarlet Review

Cinder, the cyborg mechanic, returns in the second thrilling installments of the bestselling Lunar Chronicles. She's trying to break out of prison-even through if she succeeds, she'll be the Commonwealth's most wanted fugitive.

Halfway around the world, Scarlet Benoit's grandmother is missing. It turns out here are many things Scarlet doesn't about her grandmother or the grave danger she has lived her entire life. When Scarlet encounters Wolf, a street fighter who may have information as to her grandmother's whereabouts, she is loath to trust this stranger, but is inexplicably drawn to him, and he to her. As Scarlet and Wolf unravel one mystery, they encounter another when they meet Cinder. Now, all of them must stay one step ahead of the vicious Lunar Queen Levana, who will do anything for the handsome Prince Kai to become her husband, her king, her prisoner.

My Thoughts:

This book totally followed out for Cinder. The characters introduced were amazing and fantastic to read in action.

As soon as I read the first line of Scarlet's I immediately knew I was going to love her. She is strong willed and doesn't take anyones shit about even he smallest of things. Dude, the sass in this red head is unreal also.

Wolf was also really cool. He was an different version of the big bad wolf, you probably wouldn't see again and it was so awesome to watch him be this bad ass wolf thing. I ship him so hard with Scarlet you don't even understand.

Captain Thorne was a very special human being to read about. He was so irritating to Cinder and it was hilarious to read about their adventures together.

5 out of 5 stars
