So I am going to be changing blogs. I know what you might be thinking, Kendra why? I guess it is because this isn't really a blog that I am impressed with and I need to focus more in studying and this blog doesn't really deserve to be push aside because of the promise that I had made.
New post on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are not realistic for the rest of the year, since I am in highschool and I need focus on school because I am not going to fail this year. I don't like blogger for the kind of blog that I want, and this is what I have for it.
Here is my new site: http://kendramaidment.wixsite.com/readingovertime there isn't any post up on it, but I do have some planned, and secheduled, along with the craziness, you should expect at least one post per week.
Anyways, here is my last post on the blog. This is my 201 post and I hoping that I stay on my new one longer, bye guys.

So I know, that this is not what most people would be expecting an actually bookish post, but I do have something that I have to say.
I am taking a break from posting, for an unknown amount of time. I am having a hard time balancing the blog, writing and school, and I just need to separate myself from here for either a week, or start in January.
I will see you guys when I step out of this break.

So this year, I wasn't in the mood to use the Christmas tags that I already had, so I did a bit of searching and I found some. So for today's post I am going to be doing the Christmas Song Book Tag, and with that said, let's get started!
1. "You're a Mean One Mr.Grinch": Name a villainous character you couldn't help but love.
I would have say, Bellatrix from the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling. she didn't really have the whole, she is just misunderstood, because she is truly twisted, and so far gone. She seems like she was just such a fun character.
2. "All I Want for Christmas is You": Which book do you most hope to see under your Christmas tree?
I would have to say, Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy by Cassandra Clare. It was the only book that I had put on my list, besides the fact that I wanted writing resources books.
3. "Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer": Name a character that overcomes a major obstacle and learns to believe in themselves.
Goodness, I have no idea, it really depends. There is so many characters that overcome things and become so much more confident. I feel like it would be really hard for me to say.
4. "Santa Clause is Coming to Town"
a) Which character do you think would be on the top of the naughty list?
b) Which character do you think would be at the top of the nice list?
I am going to do this from the same book, because I can. Um, Draco Malfoy for the naughty list and Hermione Granger for the nice. Both obviously from the Harry Potter series.
5. "Frosty the Snowman": Which book just melts your heart.
I feel like I need to say Let it Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle, since it is a Christmas book.
6. "Feliz Navidad": Choose a book that takes place in a country other than your own.
I am Canadian, there isn't very many books that takes place in my country. You can take pretty much any of the popular books and it would work.
7. "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year": Which holiday themed book do you use to spread the Christmas joy?
I have no idea, maybe Let it Snow or Skipping Christmas, I really need to look up and read more Christmas books.
8. "Sleigh Ride": Which fictional character would you chose t spend the holidays with (doesn't have to be a love interest!)
Either Dean from Supernatural, or Cass from the novel that I am personally writing, since I feel a bit bad for her at this moment.
9. "Baby it's Cold Outside": Which book that you didn't like would you sacrifice to a fire to warm yourself in the cold?
Duh, Hatchet. I am pretty sure everyone who is at my blog constantly probably has this down at this point.
10. "Do You Hear What I Hear": Which book do you think everyone should read?
Mmm, I know that not everyone likes to read so I am going to say a book that are pretty easy to get into, Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo.
So there is the tag, let me know down below, what book you would want everyone to read. I hope that you enjoyed this post and I will see you in my next one, peace!

THE ULTIMATE QUEST FOR REDEMPTION
On his eighteenth birthday, Aaron begins to hear strange voices and is convinced he is going insane. But having moved from foster home to foster home, Aaron doesn't know whom he can trust. He wants to confide in the cute girl from class, but fears she'll confirm he's crazy.
Then a mysterious man begins following Aaron. He knows about Aaron's troubled past and his new powers. And he has a message for Aaron: As the son of a mortal and an angel, Aaron has been chosen to redeem the Fallen.
Aaron tries to dismiss the news and resists his supernatural abilities. But he must accept his newfound heritage and quickly. For the dark powers are gaining strength, and are hell-bent on destroying him....My Thoughts:
I chose to read this book because I was at the library and really wanted to get books and this was one of the ones that I grabbed. To be fair, the first line about him thinking he is going crazy, really was what caught my attention. Which could be taken in whatever way you wish it to be.
Aaron's introduction to this new world and everything that cames with it. He first of starts out hearing animals voices, and understanding different languages. Aaron had one of the more reasonable responses to finding out that he is half human, and the other half angel. He goes through some of the more fustrating character developments, and breaking point, with the death of his foster parents.
The thing about this story, is that things seem to be a bit more concerning, to be different and what is coming to kill them, and almost bystanding of godly powers.

It is getting closer to Christmas, and I really need to get more of my gifts for my friends and family since you know, that seems important.Anyways, since I can, I am doing a Christmas tag that I probably did before. Let's just get started.
Jingle Bells-You are in a reading slump, nothing sounds good to you. BUT you know that this well known will get you out of it, what book is it?
Percy Jackson, or really any of Rick Riordan's books. They are educationally and they also deliver it in a fun and entertaining way.
Silent Night-It is a quiet peaceful snowy night you are snuggled up in your reading nook, what book are you reading to warm you up?
I don't know, I think it depends on what books I am currently reading. But to be honest it would have nothing to do with contemporary.
Hark! The Herald Angel Sing-You, a librarian is looking over your books by night and behold! Your favourite author appears from your shelves! They bring good books of great words! What author would you like to give you a signed copy of their book? Which book?
I would like it to be Cassandra Clare, with her book Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy, it is the one of the only books that she wrote that I don't own quite yet.
Walking in a Winter Wonderland-Maybe it isn't snowing but this one book will get you in the winter spirit?
This question makes me laugh, since at this moment it is snowing so there isn't much that can put me into the winter spirit book wise.
O' Holy Night-It is the day of your dear savior's birth! What book will you give someone this Christmas?
I am thinking about giving someone the book Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas, since I gave said person the first one, but it is hard to tell at this moment.
Let it Go-Your house is filling up with books! What book do you 'let go' of to have more room for more books?
I have some of the poison apple books from when I was younger, that I could give to someone younger and what not.
The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!-Time to spread the Christmas joy! Who will you tag and what book would you give them for Christmas?
Since this tag is pretty old, I don't really have anyone to tag, so here, do it if you wish! I have no idea what book I would give.
So there is the post, I really need to start getting my crap together, or something. I hope you enjoyed this post and I will see you in my next one, peace!
